Sr. Specialist, Product Analysis – Core HR/P&C Products-2

Overview

The Sr. Specialist, Product Analysis converts defined product direction and business needs into detailed requirements, workflows, and system configurations across P&C (HR) product domains. Working closely with Product Managers, Experience Owners, HR stakeholders, Engineering, and enterprise systems teams, this role ensures product initiatives are clearly defined, validated, and successfully executed across a multi-system HR environment, including Workday and other integrated platforms. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end execution across the product delivery lifecycle, supporting requirements, configuration, testing, demos, UAT, and release activities to deliver high-quality, scalable HR product capabilities.
