Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all civil engineering aspects on-site, ensuring projects adhere to design specifications and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and site personnel, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement detailed construction schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress monitoring systems.
• Conduct rigorous site inspections and quality control checks, identifying and resolving any deviations from plans or codes.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification - MUST.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in civil site engineering, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
