Sr Site Activation Manager (CHN/TWN/HK/SGP/MYS)

Responsible and accountable for the customer‑focused leadership and management of Site Start‑Up (SSU) deliverables within a country, region or globally. Directs the technical and operational aspects of the SSU deliverables of the assigned projects, ensuring activation‑ready study sites are delivered on time, on budget and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional areas including Business Development, Alliance Management, Contracts & Proposals, SSU Country Managers, Project Management, Clinical, Data Management and Medical Writing.
• Identify and evaluate issues related to site start‑up, regulatory pathway, patient enrollment, data interpretation, business decisions, and solution implementation.
