The Role

• Lead the technical architecture, design, and roadmap for our enterprise SharePoint implementation
• Champion SharePoint solutions with business and IT stakeholders
• Work closely with internal teams in delivering SharePoint projects and tasks
• Solicit feedback from stakeholders and measure effectiveness to promote continuous improvement
• Develop low-code solutions as required to support M365 services
• Provide L3 technical support as needed
• Assist in mentoring team members in resolving technical issues and developing technical skills
• Assist in developing internal knowledge base and training materials
• Follow Microsoft Roadmap to support evergreen change and ensure service stability
