Sr. Quality Manager – Apodaca, MX

DanFoss is looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Manager based in Apodaca, Mexico.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure that our local QMS and execution of processes meets the requirements of the RC QMS
• Ensure that the local organization know about, and fulfil agreed customer specific requirements
• Ensure that employees in the organization have the right quality competencies to execute the QMS processes
• Drive overall continuous improvement process related to quality (by improving process stability and capability)
• Drive the activity, cohesion and development of the local quality team through leadership
• Cooperation with suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Coaching team members.
