Direct and control all ongoing projects from mobilization to final handover ensuring completion within approved time, budget and quality standards.
Establish overall project execution strategy, construction methodologies and resource planning for water-retaining structures, reservoirs, STPs, pump stations, RO Plants and all civil works.
Lead and supervise Project Managers, Engineers, Planning, QA/QC, Safety & Procurement teams across all sites.
Review and approve construction programs, method statements, risk assessments and technical submittals prior to submission to consultants.
Monitor project schedules, progress reports, recovery plans and critical path activities to avoid delays.
Review and interpret contract and tender documents, BOQs, specifications, drawings and FIDIC-based conditions to protect company interests.
