Description

The Senior Program Manager, Non‑Sort Inbound Network Planning in the STEP organization leads non‑sortable inbound volumes and topology planning across mid‑term (1‑year) and long‑term (3‑year+) horizons for Amazon's EU Non‑Sort (NS) Inbound network.

The role focuses on two critical areas:

• Developing and executing the CEU+UK non‑sort inbound build plan to meet future demand at optimal cost
• Driving strategic EU‑wide initiatives to enhance non‑sort network design, capacity planning, and operational processes

These responsibilities require managing complex cross‑functional programs involving senior‑level stakeholders across Finance, Engineering, Operations, Inbound Supply Chain (IBSC), External Fulfillment (3P), Real Estate and Transportation.
