Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day packaging operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
Ensure full compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining readiness for audits and inspections
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen compliance
Lead troubleshooting efforts, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective CAPA solutions
Author and manage deviations related to packaging activities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and other departments to support validation and process improvements
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a packaging pharmaceutical production environment
