Responsibilities
 / Accountabilities Analyzes, plans, initiates and implements all applicable supply planning-related efforts to ensure on-time delivery of production materials

Creates and maintains wafer start plans aligned to demand forecasts and capacity

Analyzes capacity loading, identifies production bottlenecks and drives supply plan to ensure meeting customer requirements

Aligns production schedules with equipment availability and operational constraints

Translates customer requirements into actionable production plans

Monitors demand fluctuations and adjust plans to mitigate shortages or excess inventory

Tracks wafer starts, work-in-process and cycle time performance

Provides regular planning and performance reporting to management

Reviews demand and supply and works strategically with external suppliers and internal customers on escalations and issues
