Position Overview
The Senior Production Finance Accountant is responsible for handling the accounting on television productions in preparation and post‐production. This role provides an opportunity to learn various aspects of the entertainment industry while contributing to ongoing process improvement and individual development.
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile outgoing and incoming payments & statements, journal entries, petty cash, pcard, and payroll.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly cost reports and cash forecasting.
Review and approve accounts payable, journal entry, payroll, and petty cash edits for posting.
Use problem‐solving skills to identify procedural inconsistencies and recommend process improvements, ensuring procedures and data are compliant, effective, and secure.
Qualifications & Experience
Accounting or Business Administration bachelor's degree is required.
