We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product vision and customer experience for Amazon’s last-hundred-yard automated delivery systems, spanning autonomy behaviors, human-robot interaction (HRI), and doorstep delivery experiences. This role is responsible for ensuring that autonomous delivery robots not only operate safely and reliably in complex real-world environments, but also deliver a trustworthy, intuitive, and delightful experience for customers, neighbors, and delivery associates.

The Sr. PM will define what “good” looks like for autonomous behavior and interaction at the doorstep—covering navigation in shared spaces, communication intent, failure handling, attended vs. unattended delivery modes, and edge-case customer experiences.
