The Recruiting Operations Center (ROC) is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Non-Technical) to own and drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of ideal-state process and technical solutions that enable global Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) hiring.
This role serves as the strategic business owner for a specific stage of the AUTA recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with recruiting teams, business customers, and technical teams to define and champion ideal-state workflows that identify where process and technology changes are needed.
