We are seeking a Process Engineer with extensive hands‐on expertise in Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) and Sour Water Stripper (SWS) processes to join our Operation Engineering Solutions Department (OESD).
This full‐time position is located in Saudi Arabia.OESD's technical team provides high‐quality, multi‐disciplinary support to global manufacturing operating facilities (refineries, NGLF, and petrochemical plants) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular performance reviews of existing SRU & SWS facilities and analyze KPIs related to operability, profitability, reliability, and process safety.Develop and present quarterly benchmarking reports with actionable improvement recommendations.Provide hands‐on support in implementing performance improvement initiatives, demonstrating measurable results in closing identified gaps.Lead benchmarking and best‐practice exchange workshops among global manufacturing facilities, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuou...
