Summary:

As a Senior Process Design Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how our plant operates today and evolves for the future. You’ll lead the design and implementation of engineering solutions that support both day-to-day operations and high-impact strategic projects.

In this role, you’ll design and optimize equipment, systems, and processes that improve reliability, enhance safety, and drive efficiency across the site. From early concept development through installation and commissioning, you’ll own the process design journey—bringing ideas to life while ensuring alignment with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.

You’ll collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and project teams, using your expertise to solve complex challenges and deliver practical, innovative solutions that make a real impact on the plant and the people who run it.
