Sr. Pen Test/Red Teaming Developer Key Responsibilities

Tool Development: Design and develop custom security tools and automation scripts for penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.

Complex Engineering: Handle complex engineering challenges requiring both development expertise and security knowledge.

Integration Development: Build integrations between security tools and enterprise systems.

Penetration Testing & Red Teaming

Penetration Testing: Conduct comprehensive penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure.

Red Team Operations: Participate in red team exercises to simulate real-world attack scenarios.

Vulnerability Discovery: Identify and document security weaknesses with clear remediation guidance.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Security Engineering or Software Development with security focus.
