Create clear briefs for the Specialists and maintain full visibility across all timelines deliverables and deadlines to ensure flawless execution. 
Strategic Leadership & Budget Management Own the marketing budget allocation forecasting and ROI; forecast growth trajectories and reallocate spending based on performance. 
Develop a holistic strategy that balances aggressive performance marketing with long-term brand building. 
Drive execution across existing and new territories navigating multi-lingual requirements (Arabic) and territory-specific regulatory awareness.
