Our client, an impressive nonpartisan think tank based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the strategic initiatives surrounding their HRIS (Workday)! Responsibilities: Serve as the leadership liaison across HR, IT, and Payroll teams. Develop a strategic governance structure to optimize Workday and continuously stay on top of improvements. Lead change management and prepare the organization for new implementation roll-outs with training and engagement initiatives. Use expertise with Workday to provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
