General Description of Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the HSSE Management System for the Project in compliance with the Client Requirements, Hill Corporate policies, International Standards and Industry best practices.
• Periodically conducts detailed audits to assess the level of compliance with the HSSE systems, procedures and related activities.
• Regularly interacts with the Contractors, Consultants, teams and other Stakeholders HSSE Representatives to assess and report on site activities, HSSE issues and observed performance trends.

HSSE Specific

• Assist in developing the project-wide HSSE strategy which includes a safety incentive plan to be implemented by Contractors and LDC (and other Consultants) across the Project.
