Description
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of persona-based engagement programs across priority executive personas. This role is a strategic orchestrator and executor - you will define how AWS builds, nurtures, and deepens relationships with priority personas, while also serving as the single point of contact for Persona Based Programs at AWS re:Invent.

Key job responsibilities
• Build and execute end-to-end engagement strategies for priority personas, defining how AWS connects with each audience across the full year
• Develop comprehensive program strategies with clear workstreams, timelines, success metrics, and engagement orchestration plans
• Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all Persona Based Programs at AWS re:Invent (e.g., executive roundtables, persona-specific sessions, intimate networking moments, CxO experiences)
