Sr. Engineer - Procurement (Material Coordinator)

Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and expediting procurement and material management activities on behalf of the Project Management Consultant (PMC). Ensures timely availability of materials in line with project schedules, technical specifications, and contractual requirements while maintaining effective coordination between engineering, procurement, vendors, and site teams.

• Coordinate procurement activities between Engineering, Client, EPC Contractors, Vendors, and Site teams.
• Review and track Material Requisitions (MRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and vendor documents for compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor procurement schedules and material delivery status against the approved project baseline.
• Maintain detailed material tracking logs, procurement status reports, and dashboards.
