Role

Build and customize dashboards, reporting, and analytics solutions, leveraging ServiceNow to deliver actionable insights through Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), performance metrics, and other critical data points. Provide technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to design data‑driven solutions.
