We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented SeniorDirector of Strategy and Corporate Development(M&A)to help shape the company’s long-term growth agenda. In this role, you will lead the evaluation of strategic opportunities across build, buy, and partner decisions,monitorthe external market and ecosystem, and develop insights that inform company strategy and investment priorities. You will also play a key role in tracking the rapidly evolving AI landscape and engaging with external partners, including startups, venture capital firms, bankers, and other strategic advisors.

This position sits at the intersection of product strategy, corporate development, and market intelligence. You will partner closely with leadership across ProductLeadership, Finance,Sales, GTM,Legal,and Strategy toidentifyopportunities that accelerate growth and strengthen our competitive position.
