Sr. Desktop Support Analyst/Automation Engineer (Trading Floor/Banking Preferred)

Location: Montreal, CA (on-site four days a week)

Salary: 130 to 160K plus bonus.

Overview

My growing client is hiring a Desktop Support Analyst/Powershell Automation Engineer to support a global user base with Windows workstations, Office apps, remote access, and hardware issues. The role includes 24x5 coverage with rotational weekend on call, ticket and incident handling, and a close partnership with Level 2 and Level 3 teams. You will automate common tasks and use monitoring tools to resolve alerts and improve service.
