Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Counsel Manager for our client in Ortigas, Pasig.

Role: Sr. Corporate Lawyer/Legal Counsel Manager

Industry: Auditing and Accounting

Salary: up to 100k basic

Set up: Hybrid (2-3x remote), Ortigas, Pasig main office

Schedule: Mon to Fri, dayshift and mid-shift

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for all legal matters as they pertain to the areas of risk management, independence, finance, corporate governance and reporting, data protection, anti-money laundering, and other functional and operational units. Some specific responsibilities include:
