Salary Exempt (United States of America)The Compensation Analyst will lead company-wide compensation programs and projects, prepare and maintain job descriptions, benchmark jobs, and analyze pay data for all company jobs. In this role, the analyst will work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure that compensation strategies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. This is an exempt position.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

The compensation analyst will be responsible for the administration of our company-wide salary review process (annual merit increases), annual market reviews, short-term incentive program design and administration, as well as special projects related to employee compensation.
