Oversees all civil construction work.Ensures that the services provided to the customer meet internal and external regulatory requirements.Creates and delivers reports on all ongoing construction, quality of work, and scheduled maintenance.Documents the location of installed facilities on as-built drawings and prepares required supporting documents in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.Coordinates changes to projects in accordance with contract documents and/or department policies and procedures with both internal and external customers.Collaboratively tasks projects with contractors and provides technical support to Local and Tech Planning regarding design issues.Interfaces with internal personnel and outside agencies; making decisions in the field which may impact the efficiency of field crews and work order closings.<...
