English and Spanish fluency - Completed Bachelor Degree - 7+ Years of general experience - 5+ years of program or account management experience - Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing and developing relationships - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, particularly in delivering constructive feedback and working through complex issues - Travel (2-3 days a week); the role is based out of our Mexico City office, but this individual will travel regularly to delivery stations to support the portfolio of DSPs in markets.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- International Coach Federation Credentialed (ACC/PCC/MCC)
- Last Mile previous experience.
- Experience working with or owning a small business.
