1.Develop innovation strategy and optimal foods that meet unmet consumer needs which impact the top and the bottom

2.Develop opportunity to pioneer new category to expand the business
3.Lead as well as support all innovation projects 
A.Idea generation, concept development and consumer testing (*Consumer testing by the support of Research manager)
B.Area and local business alignment
4.Develop ‘Go to market’ strategy by working with the brand activation and commercial team, and execute the plans to 
A.maximize the impact of new launches
5.Set the KPIs of new launch and take corrective action plans where required in the first 12 months of launch
6.New product launches sales contribution up to 15% + to total net sales value
