**About the Role**

As a Senior Application Developer, you will serve as our resident system expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Operating within a heavily integrated, enterprise-scale environment, you will do much more than just configure-you will look at the big picture, anticipating upstream and downstream dependencies to ensure seamless data flow and system harmony.

You will partner directly with Product Managers and business teams to scope, design, and implement robust solutions from scratch. If you are a technical authority who loves solving complex architectural puzzles and driving global talent acquisition technology forward, this role is for you.
