Working under the direction of the Sr. Finance Manager, the Sr. Accountant/Finance Officer is responsible for supervising QuickBooks Entries, Reports (Management Reports, QuickBooks and Financial Statements) and BIR Compliances. Supervises Jr. Accountant in all accounting and finance related clerical tasks.

Job Description

• Supervise Jr. Accountant in regular (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) Reports generation and all accounting and finance related clerical tasks
• Manage regular QuickBooks entries (Accounts Payable, Payments, Accounts Receivable, Collections, General Journal Entries) and reporting
• Update of all Collectible Accounts (Corporate, Loans and other collections) and pending collectibles
• Coordinates with Tenant Point of Contact for uncollected Rental Dues and collections
• Coordinate with Tax consultant on BIR Compliances
