We are seeking a versatile, highly accountable, and proactive Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end closes, and maintaining strong internal controls across our growing portfolio. As a key driver of our financial operations, you will provide reliable financial information that supports both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Top Priorities & Key Responsibilities

• Month-End & Year-End Close: Independently drive the month-end close process, preparing accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) in strict compliance with US GAAP and meeting deadlines.
• Balance Sheet Optimization: Tackle and streamline the balance sheet reconciliation process, managing increased volume efficiently as new clients and properties are onboarded.
