Compensation Basic up to $4,000 + AWS bonus + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities - Participate in Sputter process in production lines to achieve higher density capacity/parameter in order to meet customers’ requirement.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure the sputtering machine is tuned to achieve higher capacity.
- Adjust the sputtering parameter to maintain high-quality output and minimise defects.
- After Machine PM & change material, perform conditioning to achieve guzik and start Mass production ASAP.
- Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
- Optimize the sputtering process to maximise efficient use of materials and reduce waste.
