Bluearrow are currently recruiting for a full time Spray painter for our established client.

Responsibilities

• Paint and components using HVLP and air-assisted systems.
• SMART repairs and cosmetic blow-ins.
• Sand and refinish exterior body panels and interiors to OEM specifications.
• Mix paints according to TDS and application requirements (e.g., 2K, basecoat, topcoat).
• Figures mix ratios in order to mix sealants, filler materials, and paint.
• Applies primer, top coat paint, and sprayed applied coatings to aircraft parts to assure compliance.
• Performs straight masking operations.
• Performs minor filling operations related to the cosmetic appearance of the part being worked.
• Ability to rub down and prepare surfaces prior to application of paint.
• Must be a team player.
