The Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) is seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our high performance programme as a Sports Assistant for Boccia and Pathway - Performance Executive / Assistant Manager.

This is a dual-function position: 50% of the role is dedicated to serving as a trained Sports Assistant (ramp operator and on-court assistant) for SDSC’s Boccia athletes, and 50% is dedicated to providing administrative and operational support to the Pathway and Performance team.

This is a pilot initiative. SDSC will review the structure, workload balance, and effectiveness of the dual-function model on an ongoing basis, with the possibility of expanding the model to other sports or adjusting the role scope based on programme needs and the individual’s development.
