Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Oversees and supervises the whole sports and recreational facilities of the club. Facilitates programs and creates events for club members.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates a good variety of tournaments and sports-related activities for the club. Investigates and recommends merits or demerits for the sports and recreation staff. Assists in member-related concerns especially in the sports and recreation department.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Graduate of any four (4) year business course.

WORK EXPERIENCE: With at least two (2) years supervisory experience in the same industry. Have proficient leadership and organizational skills.

Salary Range: After 6 months based on your performance evaluation, the Management will see if there is an increase. If not, an increase will be given after 1 year.
