Due to expansion of our Early Intervention Service, we have several opportunities for you to be a part of our dynamic team at CCS Disability Action, where you can contribute to an organisation dedicated to creating positive change. We have options for telehealth and flexibility to work from home are negotiable. The role is based in Whangarei, with the role covering Northland.

About the Role:

• Community based - supporting children who have high communication and eating/drinking support needs and their whānau/families
• Working alongside kaiako to support inclusion
• Support successful transitions to school
• Support whānau/families to get early information, resources and support so that disabled children get the best start in life.
• Working as part of a transdisciplinary team with other specialists from agencies such as Child Development services, BLENNZ, Ko Taku Reo and Ministry of Education
