Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing healthcare team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with swallowing, speech-language, and therapy needs while collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment progress
• Assist with discharge planning from therapy services
• Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel as needed
