About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Specialist, Transaction Banking (SME / Commercial Sales) to join our team at RHB Transaction Banking. In this role, you will drive growth and utilization across a portfolio of SME and Commercial clients by delivering tailored transaction banking solutions. You will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), product teams, and clients to deepen engagement, optimize trade and cash management opportunities, and ensure seamless execution aligned with client needs and regulatory standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build a deep understanding of customers’ business needs and decision-making processes within the assigned portfolio.
• Manage and optimize Global Transaction Banking (GTB) opportunities to achieve targeted growth and KPIs.
