Job Description:
The Senior Specialist, Trade Compliance- Export will support EVIDENT business operations by executing the company's export policies and procedures with a specific emphasis on, Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) classifications. This person works with the Trade Compliance organization to determine export classification assessments, and country of origin determination to include but not limited to RPS screening and recordkeeping. Periodically support import team activities as needed. Work cross-functionally with EVIDENT team members around the globe to ensure compliance with and international import regulations.
