Specialist, Recruitment Job Purpose We are looking for a Specialist, Recruitment to partner hiring teams in identifying, attracting and securing passionate individuals for SMRT. In this role, you will be involved in high-volume and/or specialized recruitment, represent SMRT in recruitment campaigns and contribute to recruitment enhancement initiatives.
Responsibilities Recruitment and Sourcing
- Collaborate with HR business partners (HRBPs) to determine the recruitment demands and requirements
