            Key Responsibilities  HR Operations  Manage the endtoend employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and internal transfers. 
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems. 
Process payroll changes, benefits administration and compliance documentation. 
  
Employee Engagement & Experience  Support the design and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and satisfaction. 
Coordinate employee surveys, analyze results and recommend actionable insights. 
Plan and execute events, celebrations and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture. 
  
Talent Development  Assist with performance management processes ensuring alignment with company goals.
