We are seeking a Specialist - Operations Storage Management to join our team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Mexico City.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.We will count on you to:Support critical storage technologies and associated applications across multiple vendors including and not limited to Dell EMC, NetApp, INFINIDAT and Cisco storage environmentsWork to ITIL best practices in regards to incident management, change management, configuration and problem management.
Attend relevant service review meetings as required to represent the storage team.Manage services to SLA.
Ensure all severity 1 issues are acted on to SLA.
Work with major incident managers and peers from other groups to resolve major incidents to resolution.
Prepare root cause analysis as required and present as appropriate.Participate in on-call rotation for out of hours support related to supporting storage infrastructure globally.
