Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a variety of agreements, such as NDAs, vendor, lease, marketing, recruitment, loan, employment, IP licensing contracts, and data protection agreementsProvide strategic legal advice to stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance with the company’s business objectivesUpdate contract templates as necessaryDevelop and implement procedures for contract retention, management and administration; including the use of OnitAssist with beginning to end process for legal matters (sometimes includes assisting with approvals or signatures/electronic or wet signatures)Responsible for all corporate governance and corporate secretarial mattersEnsure compliance with company's standard contracts and other corporate policiesPartner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and liaise with our APAC and global HQ legal teams to ensure common standards and practices ...
