The Client Business Support (CBS) department provides support for Deposits, Lending and Investments, and the Specialist, Investments role oversees workflow processing, problem resolution and the management of investor transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Mutual Fund Team as an SME on all mutual fund products, including third‑party funds, and provide training to internal clients.
• Handle and complete all transactions generated from the Call Centre’s daily activities, such as setting up new accounts, verifying information, entering system data and investigating client accounts.
