Analysis, documentation, and resolution of clarification cases that may arise during the inbound processContribution to the continuous improvement of workflows and quality standardsVerification of delivery documents and invoices, creation of system-based goods receiptsMonitoring, analysis, and escalation of deviations in key performance indicators within the assigned areaCommunication with internal and external partners (Purchasing, Finance, freight forwarders)Preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of meetingsSupervision of smaller support teamsWHAT YOU BRING
