Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare quality food according to a planned menu using tested or standardized recipes Receive and is responsible for the storage and care of food items and supplies Maintain a clean and organized storage area Demonstrate knowledge and follow manufacturer guidelines for care and use of equipment Maintain sanitary working conditions to eliminate contamination Meet all scheduled meal times and serves the food as per departmental policies and procedures Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNone
