i. Driving Process improvements at various locations. ii. Developing plan for improvement and taking operation excellence at higher levels around key areas like Cost, Technology, Productivity etciii. Should have hand on experience in deployment of LEAN Management approach in operations - One piece flow, PULL System, VSM, Makigami Analysis, Kanban etc and ROUTINE WORK MANAGEMENT in Operations through WORLD CLASS operations improvement techniquesiV. Work closely with Ops team to identify & execute the improvement plan on Improvement projects across WH, SLF, Txv. Coordinate with Business heads to lead strategic initiatives on Cost Savings vi. Management reporting on required frequencyvii. Support in Pre Sales activities
