Prepare and update ATC training manuals to meet requirements of specific courses or individual students on an ad hoc basis in accordance with requirements.
Development of ATS simulator courses appropriate to the requirements of all operational staff in the Emirates ACC.
Design and monitoring of simulation exercises and the development and evaluation of procedures and airspace structuring.
Develop yearly Emergency Continuation courses to meet requirements as laid down in the UAE CARs and present these courses to all operational staff as part of the competency program
