Position Summary

We are seeking a finance professional with strong expertise in general accounting , preferably within a captive/shared services environment of a multinational organization . The role requires an individual who can operate effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment , collaborating across regions and stakeholders at all levels. The incumbent will support the Manager/Sr. Manager in driving process excellence and transformation initiatives , including process transitions, standardization, and automation efforts. Additionally, the role will partner closely with Regional Finance leadership to support the execution of Regional Finance Center (RFC) strategies, contributing to scalable, efficient, and high‑quality finance operations across the region.
