About the Role Responsible for ensuring the correct administration, control, and availability of spare parts, tools, and materials used by maintenance.
Responsibilities - Generate and follow up requisitions for spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Administer new material entries and maintain the SAP catalog.
- Monitor inventory levels (maximum and minimum).
- Track pending purchase orders.
- Record and validate inventory movements (entries, exits, adjustments).
- Generate consumption, inventory, and monthly closure reports.
- Support invoice review and maintenance cost control.
- Manage consignment materials.
- Receive, code, and store materials following FIFO methodology.
